At Hotel Gokul, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and guest-friendly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the check-in time will not incur any cancellation charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may incur a one-night retention charge.

  • For group bookings, cancellation terms may vary based on the booking agreement.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-show bookings.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • In case of delays from the bank or payment gateway, Hotel Gokul will not be held responsible.

  • Refunds for bookings made through third-party platforms must be processed through the same platforms.
