Shipping Policy (Applicable for Documents, Confirmations & Gift Vouchers)
Hotel Gokul does not ship physical items; however, we may send booking confirmations, invoices, and gift vouchers electronically or physically upon request.
Digital Delivery
All booking confirmations, invoices, and payment receipts are delivered via email within minutes of the transaction.
Physical Delivery (If Required)
Physical copies of vouchers or documents may be couriered within 3–7 business days.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of request.
The hotel is not responsible for courier delays once the package has been dispatched.
