Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the check-in time will not incur any cancellation charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may incur a one-night retention charge.

For group bookings, cancellation terms may vary based on the booking agreement.

No refunds will be provided for no-show bookings.
Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

In case of delays from the bank or payment gateway, Hotel Gokul will not be held responsible.

Refunds for bookings made through third-party platforms must be processed through the same platforms.
